About East Los Angeles College
East Los Angeles College (ELAC) is located just east of downtown Los Angeles, in the City of Monterey Park. ELAC has seen a variety of changes on campus as a number of bond projects have been completed, including: site preparation for Parking Structure No. 3, the new Men's Baseball Facility, Campus-Wide Fire Alarm System Improvements, E3 and E5 Smart-Classroom Upgrades, Weingart Stadium Bleacher Covers, G3, K5 & K7 Mechanical Upgrades, Northeast Parking Lot re-surfacing, new photovoltaic farm and temporary parking lots. There are still several projects under construction including the College's new $65 million Performing and Fine Arts Complex.
